| AVS will:
|
| Connect up to four (4) DTV converters in one (1) residence (single family home, apartment, or business), using only exposed wire connections. |
| Remove tuner from packaging and review setup instructions. |
| Verify available line is run to an Antenna and not to Cable. |
| Connect Antenna to coax RF on the tuner. |
| Connect tuner to available source input on TV. Preferably to AV inputs, using coax input on TV as secondary choice. |
| Ensure that all wires and cables are neatly dressed and wire ties are used when necessary. |
| Plug in the tuner to a power outlet. |
| Power on the TV and tuner. |
| Turn the TV to appropriate input or channel. |
| Perform a basic setup on the tuner (this may include adjusting Date/Time, setting TV type 16X9 or 4X3, and doing a channel search). |
| Verify channel functionality after basic setup. (Review the channels and make sure that the channels available in your area are present.) |
| Give customer a 15 minute tutorial on operation of the tuner. |
