| AVS will:

| Install the customer-supplied antenna in a location on the roof or in an attic that can be accessed with a 24 foot ladder. (Not to exceed 12 feet in boom length or 7 feet in height with mount and mast. Maximum antenna rating: Near fringe rated – maximum 60 miles). |
| Connect to one (1) television, or home base distribution box at customer’s discretion and/or connect one (1) set-top box (optional). |
| Set up remote control devices with proper codes allowing unit to control other components, as per factory-set specifications. |
| Supply up to one hundred twenty-five (125) feet of cable to connect the antenna to one (1) television. |
| Supply if needed, (as determined by the installer), two (2) diplexers, one (1) mount, one (1) mast, one (1) pre-amplifier, and any splitters needed to complete the installation. |
| Aim the antenna for best possible signal reception available in customer’s area. |
