| AVS will:

| Determine specific purpose of the cable and proper cable to be used. |
| Install and conceal multi-conductor wire for appropriate audio/video application, up to 100 feet of cable from one send location to one receive location. |
| Ensure that cable ends are terminated properly and working. |
| Ensure that all wires and cables are neatly dressed and wire ties are used when necessary. |

| Note:

| Cable cannot be terminated for HDMI or VGA. |
| Distance between the send and receive locations is not to exceed 100′ (cable feet). |
