| Ensure customer has signed the Terms and Conditions Sheet allowing us to use the customer’s PC to complete our work. |
| Install Harmony software on customer PC. Document User ID and Password on customer education leave behind and in DOLI/FMS notes. |
| Program Harmony remote control for up to 8 devices and 6 activities. (Use misc labor sku per EACH additional device/activity.) |
| Test remote control to ensure all devices are working properly. |
| Complete customer education leave-behind to demonstrate proper system control. |
| Provide an educational demonstration of the newly programmed remote control, including a demonstration of the “HELP” function. |
